Product Description

CARRIER-P is designed to facilitate dyeing of polyester fiber, blended articles and
triacetate. The product is a combination of substituted aromatics alkyl hydrocarbon emulsion which is stable in usual acid and hard water.


It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.

How to Apply

Dyeing of Polyester fiber under highpressure conditions For dyeing between 125 – 135°C. We suggest 0.5 – 1.5 g/ CARRIER-P for a considerable improvement of levelness and dye penetration into the fibers. Apart from this, the performance of the dyeing process is carried out according to the known directions for polyester dyeing.

Dyeing of Polyester fiber at atmospheric boiling temperature.

After pre-cleaning, the dye bath is heated to 50-70°C and brought to pH 5-6 by acetic acid, depending on depth of shade. The dye bath is then supplied with 1.5-4.0 g/l CARRIER-P. After running for approx. 10 minutes the disperse dyestuff is added and the bath is heated to boiling point within 30 minutes. Dyeing is continued for 1-2 hours. The after treatment is carried out in the usual way

Primarily use for polyester dyeing. CARRIER-P does not cause any excessive soiling of the woolen portion of polyester/wool blends when using disperse dyestuffs. Residual carrier can be easily removed by normal after treatment of dyeing and drying at temperatures exceeding 100°C. During dyeing on open width ensure good ventilation of all rooms.

Ensure that the CARRIER-P solution is completely homogenous before using Ensure that a good ventilation of the dyeing area as well

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents, and use in the normal manner.
