Product Description

UNISOFT-SF is based on saturated fatty acid alkylamide suitable for soft finishes on cotton and other synthetic fabrics and their blends. It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.

How to Apply

UNISOFT-SF can be used as received or pre-diluted with water before applying. The optimum treatments to reach the required softness are dependent on the fabric condition after dyeing and rinsing .

Application

UNISOFT-SF is applied by padding and dried in any conventional manner. For wash-n-wear finishes curing has to be done and UNISOFT-SF is also applicable by exhaust method and batchwise application both for the woven and knitted fabrics. The softner can also be applied during the garment washing stage.

Precautions when in use

1. Ensure that the UNISOFT-SF solution is completely homogenous before using.
2. Clean inside of pad bath or exhaustion bath before applying this softener and keep the mangle clean during the process.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents, and use in the normal manner.

Pad-dry-process
