Product Description

UNISOFT-CKB is a versatile softening agent for cotton woven and knitwear fabrics. UNISOFT-CKB is mostly used for synthetic fibers and their blends. UNISOFT-CKB is based on fatty acid ethylene oxide condensate. It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.

How to Apply

UNISOFT-CKB can be used as received or pre-diluted with water before applying. The optimum treatments to reach the required softness are dependent on the fabric condition after dyeing and rinsing.

Application

UNISOFT-CKB is equally compatible to be used in conjunction with the usual straches, gums etc. and a wide range of synthetic resins over a wide range of pH on either sides. The softener can also be applied by padding or exhaustion finishing processes and also during the garment washing stage.

Precautions when in use

1. Ensure that the UNISOFT-CKB solution is completely homogenous before using.
2. Clean inside of pad bath or exhaustion bath before applying this softener and keep the mangle clean during the process.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing conditions, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur (thaw if frozen), stir the contents and use in the normal manner.

Pad-dry-process

Dosage 10-20g/1 Pick-up 65-85% Drying 100-130°C for 2-4 mins

Exhaustion Process

Dosage 1-2% on the weight of fabric Liquor ratio 1/10-1/20 pH : 4-6 Temp Room temperature Time 15-30 mins Drying 100-130°C

Garment washing process

Dosage 1-2% on the weight of fabric Liquor Ratio 1/10-1/20 Temp. Room temperature Time 15-30 mins Drying 100-130°C
