Product Description

UNISOFT-CA is based on fatty amide. It produces excellent soft finishes on a wide range of textile material including those from cotton, wool, Viscose, polyamide and other synthetic fibers, and their blends. Being cationic in nature it is incompatible with anionic products. It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well

How to Apply

UNISOFT-CA can be used as received or pre-diluted with water before applying. The optimum treatments to reach the required softness are dependent on the fabric condition after dyeing and rinsing.

Application

UNISOFT-CA can be used alone or in combination with other additives particularly in production of wash-n-wear finishes with Precondensate Resins, PVA Emulsion, Acrylic, Silicone Emulsion. The softener can also be applied by padding or exhaustion finishing processes and also during the garment washing stage.

Precautions when in use

1. Ensure that the UNISOFT-CA solution is completely homogenous before using.
2. Clean inside of pad bath or exhaustion bath before applying this softener and keep the mangle clean during the process.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing conditions, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur (thaw if frozen), stir the contents and use in the normal manner.
