Product Description

UNISIL ANTIFOAM is a silicon based emulsion designed to provide enhanced performance, specially in aggressive foaming medium or at high temperature. Its performance is particularly better than other commercial products in an anionic foaming media.

It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.

How to Apply

UNISIL ANTIFOAM can be used with water or alone in the finishing bath to obtain better and oven results.

Depending on the condition of the foam and the application method it is recommended to use from 0.05% to 0.5% in the desired solution

UNISIL ANTIFOAM provides excellent foam control in an aggressive foaming conditions such as high velocity flow process, stable foam systems during agitation and also in thick stable foam.

Application

UNISIL ANTIFOAM is very much effective in pressure dyeing machines. Padding process, jigger package dyeing, winches and wherever foam occurs. Its efficiency increases with the increase in temperature.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents, and use in the normal manner.
