Product Description

UNIDOLLD is an aqueous solution of dispersing agent and excellent levelling agent for the dyeing of polyester, polyester/cellulosic and wool blends at high temperature.

It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.

How to Apply

1-2 al concentration is used varying from high to deep shades. It can be added along with other auxiliaries.

 

After a short pre-circulation, disperse dyes are added to the dye bath and temperature is raised by 1-2 C per minute until dyeing temperature of 130°C is reached. Dyeing is then continued for further 30-90 minutes at this temperature then cooled and after treated as normal.

Application

UNIDOL-LD can be applied in jiggers, winches and jet dyeing machines.

Precautions when in use

Ensure that the UNIDOL·LD solution is completely homogenous before using.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents, and use in the normal manner.
