Product Description

UNIDOL-AT is an excellent low foaming emulsifier & wetting agent especially made of effective surfactants for textile pretreatment. It is stable in strong alkaline solution and can be safely used in desizing, scouring & bleaching processes.

It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.

Desizing

UNIDOL-AT promotes even, rapid wetting of the fabric and a high liqour uptake. It is not harmful to enzymes and at high bath temperature it does not cause dissociation and hence reduce surface activity. It is compatible with persulphate liqour as well.

Features and Benefits

  • Excellent wetting properties during pretreatment

Application

UNIDOL-AT is suitable and very effective for all pretreatment process, where wetting efficiency is required. The stability in caustic soda solution and low foaming nature make the product very effective in desizing. scouring and bleaching processes.

Scouring Washing

UNIDOL-AT is well suited for washing off greasy, oily impurities and pigment soil from fabric. If the soiling matter present is difficult to remove with UNIDOL-AT alone excellent result can be obtained by using it in conjection with Rematex A, UNIDOL-AT is well suited for use in the alkali pretreatment of cellulose fabric particularly cotton and its blends with polyester.. provided that the concentration of alkali is not higher that 80 g/l (caustic soda solid).

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents, and use in the normal manner.
