Product Description

UNICEL-WOR is a free flowing liquid made of synergistic blend of complexing and dispersing agents for batchwise processing. It is specifically designed for the washing off of Reactive dyestuffs. It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.


It is well documented that reactive dyestuffs do not give 100% exhaustion. After the alkali treatment, dyestuff remains in the water and therefore deposits on the fabric, remaining unfixed. This then requires copious amounts of water and energy to remove it from the fabric surface.

The use of UNICEL-WOR will reduce the amount of water and time required for good fastness of the finished articles.

How to Apply

UNICEL-WOR should be added to the machine for the hotwash stage of the process. In all cases dosing the unit with 1.0-2.0 g/l of UNICEL-WOR has been found to be beneficial.

Due to it’s built in dispersing and antiaglomeration effect. UNICEL-WOR can be used in the soaping bath for val dyes or the washing off of reactive dyes leading to improved fastness in both cases.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents, and use in the normal manner.
