Product Description

Stablizer-U is a silicate free stablizer for peroxide bleach, and is a mixture of organic acids. Stablizer U is soluble in water in all concentrations and also stable in hard water.

It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.

How to Apply

In bleaching/scouring process 0.5 – 1.0 g/ stablizer-U is used with hydrogen peroxide. With caustic soda and detergent set the bath at 55°C and raise to 90°C / over 30 minutes and continue for 1 – 2 hours. If higher bleaching temperature is required. temperature upto 120°C may be used for 10-30 minutes.

Application

STABLIZER-U is silicate free product. This results in a pleasant feel of the bleached fabric and its hydrophilic property is improved. It is applied during bleaching and scouring of the fabric. Application could be done on jiggers, winches, packages machine, and continuous bleaching machines.

Precautions when in use

Ensure that the Stablizer-U solution is completely homogenous before using.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents, and use in the normal manner.
