Product Description

POLYRES H-200 is an emulsion of copolymer of arcylic acid and polyvinly acetate. It is suitable for cellolosic, polyester and polyester / cellulosic blend fabrics. It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.

How to Apply

POLYRES H-200 is generally recommended to use 10-15 g/l according to the quality and finish required. Can be applied by pad-dry method. Also could be applied by exhaustion method. The required concentrations of POLYRES H-200 can be stirred well in water and other additives can be added to obtain desired finish.

Precautions when in use

1. Ensure that the POLYRES H-200 solution is completely homogenous before using.
2. Clean inside of pad bath or exhaustion bath before applying this softener and keep the mangle clean during the process.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents, and use in the normal manner.
