Application

Magnasoft M-40 is easy to use as a textile softener and imparts superior softness as compared to conventional amino silicone when applied to 100% cotton knits and woven polyester/cotton blends, rayon, prints and a variety of other natural/synthetic fabrics with and without durable press resin. The emulsion can be applied by padding or exhaustion finishing processes and also during the garments washing range

Precautions when in use

1.Avoid to use extra hard water. If water is too hard to dilute the emulsion, the resulting appearance may be slightly hazy. This could cause a sticky residue on the mangle or oil spot on the fabric.
2. Clean inside of pad bath or exhaustion bath before applying of this softener and keep the mangle clean during the process.
3. Ensure complete removal of residual alkali at the rinse stage. Failure to achieve this could cause oil spots on the fabric.
4. Keep pad bath pH 4-6 and temperature less than 40 C during finishing.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use, Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolong exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents and use in the normal manner.
