Product Description

FINISH-230 is an aqueous solution of acrylic co-polymer and is specially developed in view of compatibility with softeners in the finishing of polyester/cellulosic blends and other synthetic fibers. It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well

How to Apply

10-15 grams per liter is recommended according to the finishes required. Can be applied on pad mangle finishing bath dried by conventional methods. Heat setting stenter machine are also very suitable. Form a transparent film on drying and can be easily be washed off if required. As it dissolves easily in warm water the product can be applicable by padding method.

Precautions when in use

1. Ensure that the FINISH-230 solution is completely homogenous before using.
2. Clean inside of pad bath or exhaustion bath before applying this softener and keep the mangle clean during the process.

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Store at normal temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing condition, which may cause product separation. If separation does occur, thaw if frozen, stir the contents, and use in the normal manner.
