Product Description

DESIZER CX-300 is an oxidative desizing agent which decomposes starch into water dispersable particles without damaging cotton fabrics.

It is a APEO/NPEO free product and conforms to Oeko-tex and REACH compliance as well.

Desizing of cotton/blends on jiggers

1-3 g/l Desizer CX-300

1-2 g/ Wetting Agent

1-3 g/ NaOH

Batch Wise Process

The quantities recommended for individual machines and individual processes are 1-3 g/l.

For Blended Fabrics

Polyester / viscose in jets 1-2 g/l desizer CX-300 alongwith 1-3 g/l NaOH is recommended for pad batch process.

  • DESIZER CX-300 is an extremely high concentrated product which actively breaks the starch chain and other organic sizes in the fabric.
  • Once the starch polymer is degraded it can easily be washed off from the fabric.
  • DESIZER CX-300 is stable in NaOH (from low to high concentration) therefore, it can be used in desizing and scouring combined process which saves time, energy and water as well.

DESIZER CX-300 can be used for desizing of all types of cotton and blends of natural and synthetic fiber e.g. polyester / cotton etc.

Continuos Process

On continuos bleaching the quantity of CX300 to be used depends on the weight and construction of the fabric.

For desizing alone 2-4 g/l CX-300 is recommended to be used along with 2-4 g/l of wetting agent.

For desizing and scouring combined the recommended quantity of NaOH is 10-20 g/l and wetting agent 2-6 g/l to be used along with CX-300 2-4 g/l again depending upon the weight and construction of the fabric

Ensure that the CX-300 is completely dissolved in homogenous solution before using

Storage and Handling

To ensure that the product quality is maintained store at normal room temperature, and prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing conditions, which may cause product detriment.
